I stayed in Milan for one night, and my experience at the Atlantic Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Special mention to Adriana, the bartender, who was exceptionally sweet and hospitable, making our time at the bar memorable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daniele & Giulia at front desk were sweet and friendly. The room was spotless, and the breakfast they provided was not only delicious but exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

C-hotels Atlantic was a great stay for my time in Milan. The hotel is super close to Milano Central station and there's a number of restaurants in the area too. Depending on how you want to get around, it's roughly 30 minutes from the Duomo and the popular shopping area. The staff at Atlantic were all extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The staff who checked me in were lovely (sorry I forget their names) as were the staff who checked me out, Jiulia and Daniel. The room was clean and spacious with a lot of amenities. The bathroom was impeccable and the climate control panel meant it was a comfortable stay in winter. The staff also cleared the minibar at my request before I checked in as I needed to store special food for a medical condition - in short, an amazing hotel!

I wrote that need a orthopedic pillow if it's possible around 3 weeks ago. They didn't forget and when we arrived to pillow was in my bed. Except this, their small gestures is quite warm. They brought us fusilli pasta for a present and it was nice. The location is perfect if you come with train to the Milano. If you departure to the plane also again location is perfect. Around half hour to Duomo and Galeria by walking. They gave us 2 big bed in the room we used both of them and slept comfortably. All in all we liked so much our stay in there. If I would go to Milan again my choice will be definetely the same.

Special thanks to the staff at the hotel reception specially Mr. Daniel and Mr. Dario who provided useful tips for us first time visitors to Milan city. Daniel was the one who greeted us on day 1. We are also thankful to the lady receptionists who also helped us in locating things for us. And last but not the least the cleaning staff who kept our room in excellent condition during our extended stay at the hotel. This was such a pleasant experience that we extended our stay at the hotel by one day which we kept open in our trip to Italy. Today, we left Milan with a question if our next destination could provide a matching experience. As far as prices on booking.com is concerned, I find it overly priced than the one offered by the hotel for our extended stay that too on an upgraded junior suite with more facilities than our originally booked room.

Great location near the central station, room was cleaned very well every day and had all the necessities replaced. We got complimentary water every day, complimentary welcome drinks at the bar and also some small gifts which was a nice touch. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and coffee was good, made by staff and not watery machine coffee. All the staff was also helpful and nice, especially Jezza who always made sure everything was ok for us at breakfast. Also Alysson and Isabella who did a speedy check-in/out for us. Great hotel, with everything you need, I recommend it.
