I recently discovered this hotel, and it was a pleasant surprise. It's well-located, just a short walk from the central train station and only 3 minutes from the metro. The area is vibrant, with plenty of cafes and shops for quick meals and essentials.Inside, the rooms feature a modern design and are well-lit. Despite being close to the street, my room was surprisingly quiet. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. The hotel offers a warm welcome message and thoughtful little gifts like cookies, chocolates, water, and a complimentary welcome drink at the bar. In a world that often feels rushed and commercial, these small gestures make a significant difference.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mention to Jezza in the breakfast area, who was exceptionally attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

C-Hotel Altantic was a great and well located hotel in close proximity to the train station which is great for tourist with luggages that they have to lug around. The place and the streets around the hotel was safe with little homeless roaming around or unwanted individuals roaming the hotel and vicinity, thats key to the overall experience and ambience of the streets. The rooms were clean, comfortable and decent spacious. What made the stay really memorable and a big hall mark of the trip was the great staff, special mention to Daniele who provided superbly great service and warmth in terms of providing us locations we could visit, restaurants and cafes we could try out that locals themselves would visit. He represented what it means to be a great service staff; warm, welcoming and well informed in providing the advice on Milan especially first time visitors. Not to forget, Adriana who was handling the bar counter who made sure to give a warm welcoming vibe whenever we were at the bar. Both service staff experience made the stay at C-Hotel Altantic wonderful, and a great representation of Italy's culture and people.

The hotel was truly great – the room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is located very close to the train station, so we found it quickly after arriving. Since our flight was early in the morning, the location was perfect – it only took us 5 minutes to walk to the train station, where buses leave for the airport. Because we were staying so close, we were even able to sleep a bit longer! 😄 The service was excellent, and the staff were warm and professional. It was such a nice touch to receive a welcome drink and snacks upon arrival! Overall, everything was just perfect – every time we walked into the hotel, the staff greeted us with a smile. The atmosphere was really wonderful!

All staff was so kind and helpful! The room was always clean and tidy, with fresh towels, drinks, soaps and toilet paper replaced everyday. The temperature in the bedroom was so comfortable, specially when outside there were temperatures of 37degrees, it was important to be able to come back to the hotel and cool down. The bar area was also super cosy, with amazing drinks available and free snacks to nibble on! Our special thanks to Adrianna, that made our honeymoon even more speccial by treating us to a cheeky bottle of Prosecco!

We arrived about an hour before our check-in time. We hoped our room was ready for us but wasn’t expecting it to be, and so was ready to leave our bags in a safe place before exploring the city, however, our room WAS ready and we were very grateful to have been given an upgrade! The check-in staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. There was a personalised note and 2x chocolates on the bed when we arrived and a bag of pasta on our second night! The bar/lounge area was small but cosy. We enjoyed a free welcome drink on our first night. There were free bar snacks too! Again, the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t book breakfast with our room and instead opted to grab breakfast at one of the many cafes/restaurants nearby. The only downside to our room was the space in the bathroom. The toilet was squished between the bath and the bidet, which meant that we had to sit at an angle on the loo to avoid knocking our knees on the bidet! Location of the hotel was good - a stones throw from Central Station and a 30 min walk to the Duomo.
